Proofing:
As a part of the wedding package selected, you and your guests will have access to our online proofing system. The gallery containing your proofs will be secured with a password of your choosing. We encourage our clients to choose a question that would be general knowledge among their guests: i.e. Bride's first name or Groom's last name. Upon request, we will provide Guest Cards to be passed out at the reception that would direct your guests to our website and would include the gallery password. These cards are typically placed on each table at the reception, allowing your guests to have the information before they leave. We will make every effort to have your proofs available for viewing within eight weeks after the wedding, however, this time frame is subject to change.
Wedding Package Overview:
All wedding packages include pre-wedding consultation, engagement session at the location of your choice, unlimited coverage the day of the event, online gallery & wedding day and engagement session images on a DVD.
Travel:
Weddings outside a 50 mile radius of Jennifer Warfel Photography's office may incur additional travel related expenses. These charges could include hotel accommodations, fuel costs, mileage reimbursement, ect. Destination & Custom Wedding Packages are available upon request. Special rates apply.

Processing:
We accept cash, credit cards, and checks. Please make checks payable to Jennifer Warfel.
Deposit:
A non-refundable deposit will be required to reserve your session date.
